Cancellation Policy for the Soul Full Wellness Spring Cleanse

We understand that life is full of unexpected turns, and plans can change. While we deeply value every participant's commitment to their wellness journey, we also recognize the importance of having clear policies in place. To ensure fairness to all and to maintain the integrity of our planning and resources, we have established the following cancellation policy:

**No Refunds Policy**:

- Once you have committed to the Soul Full Wellness Spring Cleanse, we are dedicated to allocating resources, planning, and support to ensure you have a transformative experience. Due to the nature of this commitment and the upfront costs involved in preparation, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

**Transfer Policy**:

- If you find yourself unable to participate after registration, we offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a friend or family member who would like to take part in the cleanse. Please inform us of this change at least 7 days prior to the start of the cleanse, so we can provide them with all the necessary information and support.

**Credit for Future Cleanse**:

- Alternatively, if personal circumstances prevent you from participating, we can offer a credit equal to your investment, redeemable for any future cleanse or program offered by Soul Full Wellness within one year from the original cleanse date. This allows you the flexibility to join us at a more convenient time without losing the value of your investment.

**Exceptional Circumstances**:

- We understand that exceptional, unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such rare cases, we are willing to consider individual situations on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution. We encourage open communication and will do our best to accommodate genuine hardships.
